All aspects of anticipatory driving (such as the use of mirrors and viewing techniques) and eco-driving are covered.

1. Theory training - 1h

2. Manoeuvring techniques on practice ground - 1h

Vehicles of the company or Safe Drivers Plan may be used. The braking test and evasive manoeuvres are performed exclusively with Safe Drivers Plan vehicles. Each participant completes a pre-established route where several combined manoeuvres have to be performed:​

• Braking test at different speeds (30 km/h & 40 km/h)
• Braking and evasive manoeuvres at different speeds (up to 50 km/h max.)
• Reverse slalom combined with entering and exiting a garage (reverse U-shape).
• Intensive parking exercises (focus on reverse parking)

3. Training drive on public roads - 1h30

Vehicles of the company or Safe Drivers Plan may be used, with each participant driving for at least 25 minutes. Those not behind the wheel are tasked with assessing the driving participant (together with the driving skills advisor) and giving feedback. At the end of all drives, the instructor will discuss the progress with the participants and complete an evaluation form.
